THE ASSISTANCE FUND
The Assistance Fund is an independent 501(c)(3) organization that helps patients/families facing high medical out-of-pocket costs by providing financial assistance for their copayments, coinsurance, deductibles, and other health-related expenses.
Wheelchairs 4 kids
Wheelchairs 4 Kids proudly offers four programs to assist families in need. All of these programs serve our community at no charge to our Wheel Kid families. Our flagship program, Let’s Roll, focuses on mobility and accessibility. This program provides wheelchairs, home and vehicle modifications, as well as other necessary medical equipment, that may otherwise be out of financial reach.
United Healthcare Children’s Foundation
Our mission at UnitedHealthcare Children’s Foundation is to provide medical grants that enhance the quality of life for children across the United States. These grants give kids the care they need by helping with medical expenses not covered, or not fully covered, by their family’s commercial health insurance.
Angel Flight
Angel Flight Oklahoma was created by a group of pilots who believe in the benefit of volunteering. We strive to keep all aspects of the organization volunteer. We are a non-profit charitable organization of pilots, volunteers, and friends. We will arrange free air transportation for any legitimate, charitable, medically related need. This service is available to individuals, and health care organizations. We will also arrange transportation of those people who are financially distressed, or who are in a time-critical, non-emergency situation due to their medical condition.
Molly Ann Tango Memorial Foundation
The Molly Ann Tango Memorial Foundation helps finance the purchase of much-needed medical equipment and services when insurance is exhausted and other social programs are not available and helps families navigate the medical and social communities to find the products and services that will specifically meet their needs.
Wheel IT FORWARD
To create, template and operate a branded lending library where people who need durable medical equipment (DME) can borrow it, and where people who have lightly used DME can conveniently donate it to benefit others, and the environment.
The Kids Equipment Network
As a non-profit 501c3, we’re dedicated to connecting children with special needs to durable, adaptive equipment that helps them thrive. By growing our financial resources, we’re better able to provide equipment to every family with little to no funding that requests assistance at no cost. This helps kids with special needs—from birth to age 21—embrace their lives and become active, independent members of their communities.

B Brave Foundation provides customized grants tailored to each family and their individual journey. The funding is designed to ease financial stress on families and can cover a range of needs, including bills, medical expenses, lodging during hospital stays, funeral expenses and more.
First-Hand Foundation
First Hand Foundation’s pediatric medical grants provide vital financial assistance to uninsured or underinsured children so they receive the essential care they need. We help families afford critical medical expenses—covering surgeries, prescriptions, medical equipment, and travel costs—ensuring children have access to timely, life-changing treatment that improves their health and quality of life.
