“So somebody tells you that a treatment “worked” for their child, or somebody has promised you that a treatment is going to improve your child’s cognition/behaviors. So you feel like, well, this isn’t a scam-It works. But then, you end up spending money and time, as well as what is most costly to a parent, having false hope for something you felt sure would be effective, that ultimately does not bring about the desired effect you had hoped for. THIS is what I am trying to prevent.”
